Witch

Witches are a major creature type and the main enemy in the Covenant chapter. Witches characterise by their high perception stats and a wide range of abilities. Witch type includes witches, sorcerers, warlocks and necromancers.

Lore

Origin

Sorcery has many origins across the world. The pure witches are the offspring of humans and gods or major demons. Most of them have passed away by the time. Nowadays witches are descendants of pure witches who engaged with humans and, very rarely, vampires. According to the lore, pure witches can be only females. However, as they relate with the mankind, male children born. They're named sorcerers.

Warlocks and necromancers are not bornmade sorcerers. They took on a deal with some powerful entity (mainly gods and demons). These entities gave them specific features and powers. Thus, their set of abilities is less than that of a witch or sorcerer. Particularly, necromancers have some deal with Psychopomps, which gives some control over deaths' spirits.
